“I Do Not Change…”

This is Me… the God Who spoke to Malachi, in this last book of the Old Testament. (And, yes, I do notice that, while you are here in a quiet, favorite site for hearing Me, you left the “Teachings pen” in your briefcase. Speaking as “the God” of Malachi I say this failure on your part deserves punishment from Me and abandonment of you… AND… I forgive you this “mistake”… go ahead and write with this “ordinary lapiz.”)

This is a fitting “last Book,” for it has plenty of the God, Who speaks to you, Who is demanding and ready to punish if demands are not met. BUT there also is the God Who forgives, seeming almost to be wishy-washy in relation to demands. I do say that it is “fitting,” for I Am both extremes and everything in between. I can be tough, when this seems to be appropriate. I also am clearly aware of who you are, of “all sides” of every situation, and of the present and long-term consequences of any action… of yours.

I can cause… or allow… “bad things to happen to good people.” You are a “good person,” evidenced by your faithfulness to this relationship of Ours. Yet I caused/allowed these uncomfortable injuries to your feet. As I have told you I was with you, assisting your own adaptability, so that you survived to… be with Me this morning. Oh, you could have “come on over” on that night… and you did “tempt yourself” with such an “outcome”… but here you are, nearly 9 months later, hearing Me after an early morning time with your Bible Study group.

I do have more to say to you, and I foresaw some “good” in your continued life. You were not yet ready to leave this rather special, tangible life as Bob Russell in so sudden a way. I do want you to “finish out” this life in ways consistent with this long-time relationship with Me, in this “life” and “before.” I want you to continue hearing Me and writing these Teachings. I want increased re-reading of ones already received and written, as you did last evening.

I want you to re-read books like that by Ruth (with help) and to assure yourself of the realities of continuing life in the spirit… or, later, in another body for some more learning here in the earth. Just as you can, from here, look out upon a “world” that is mostly below you, you, when you do “come across,” will see life from quite a different, wider, deeper perspective.

This needn’t be completely surprising to you, for you, in this last portion of this life, can ponder, with both your spirit and your mind, many aspects of the life you have already lived… and are now living. You will be prouder of some recollections than of others, but accept that I, the Holy Spirit, called you to hear Me, and you did respond as I desired. I wanted to help you understand more fully the nature of your life, here in the earth. You were a career teacher and a true professor in your last years here. You have been a mystic for over 20 years, and you are as “comfortable” with this “gift” as one with you early Christian experiences could be.

You are almost “comfortable” with My title for today, for you realize that I Am “All in All.” I do not change… I cannot change… for… what would I “change to”? Despite the perspective of your powerful secular culture, the Earth is Mine, and I cause or allow all that happens. I am “part” of all that are deemed to be tragedies, for I see beyond any immediate consequences.

I even am allowing the increase in the human population ( 10:02 / 10:14 ), accepting that finally achieving an appropriate “balance” will be a spiritual challenge for humankind.
